About Jane Alexiadis

Jane Alexiadis has been an auctioneer and personal property appraiser in the bay area for 2 decades. She writes a weekly newspaper column and appears frequently on television discussing art, antiques and collectibles. She is a board member of the American Decorative Arts Forum, a Fine Arts Museum of San Francisco support affiliate. Jane is a member of the International Society of Appraisers.

Jane graduated magna cum laude from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst and has done additional studies at Trinity College, Oxford and Harvard. She grew up in a large Boston family so she learned to speak quickly and persuasively at an early age.
